When Bentley Motors approached us, their business and working practice had been through a meteoric transformation from their days as part of Rolls Royce. Having completed the physical changes of a major factory refit and successful GT model car launches, they asked us to help them with a less tangible task - how to encourage their workforce to 'live' their new brand.

Following research, we proposed to the Bentley board a transferance of power. A recognition of the power already in the hands of the Bentley workforce to affect the future success of the company.
