Creating a user-friendly website for just one company is straightforward. Ensuring an easy ride for the user in navigating a portal site containing 92 different companies is a challenge.
Our solution was to break the site into three easy-to-navigate areas and ensure the technology drove the user experience (not the other way round) – at the same time using themed imagery to enhance their brand experience of Hitachi.
Such was the site’s success, we went on to create country sites with the same philosophy for Hitachi in France, Germany and the UK.
